Not at all! While we’re so excited to spend the entire weekend with everyone who is able to join us, there is absolutely no obligation to attend every event. If you’re only able to join us for the wedding on Saturday, that is perfectly okay—we’re just happy to celebrate with you in whatever way works best.

Our wedding and reception at Brick Barn Winery on Saturday will be an adults-only celebration—but we’d love for your little ones to join the weekend fun! Kids are more than welcome at Flying Flags for Friday’s welcome party and Sunday brunch.

We wish we could celebrate with everyone you love too, but due to limited space at our venue, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.

We invite our guests to dress in comfortable, polished attire suited for a spring afternoon at a winery. For women, think spring dresses, midi dresses, or dressy jumpsuits. For men, pants of your choice paired with a collared or button-down shirt. We encourage everyone to dress to their comfort and personal style. Please note the venue includes gravel and concrete surfaces, and evenings can get chilly, bringing a light jacket or coat is recommended.

Friday Welcome Fiesta & Sunday Brunch Guests who are not staying at Flying Flags or the Sideways Inn should make their way to Flying Flags RV Resort and follow signs to the Santa Ynez Ranch Cottages. Parking is available near the main pool. Saturday Wedding – A shuttle will run between Flying Flags RV Resort and Brick Barn Wine Estate starting at 2:30 PM and continuing throughout the evening until the event ends at 10:00 PM. Guests staying at Flying Flags or Sideways Inn are welcome to use the shuttle at any time. Pickup and drop-off will be at the entrance of the Santa Ynez Ranch Cottages. Guests Staying Elsewhere Guests staying at other hotels or visiting for the day are welcome to drive or take an Uber/Lyft to Brick Barn. There is plenty of parking available at the venue.

Yes! We’ve got you covered all weekend long. Friday Welcome Fiesta: Join us for tacos and margaritas as we kick off the celebration. Saturday Wedding Reception: We’ll be hosting a cocktail-style reception with heavily passed appetizers throughout the evening, along with beer and wine. Dessert too, of course. Sunday Brunch: Before everyone heads home, join us for the best hangover cure — breakfast burritos, mimosas, and coffee.

The celebration doesn’t end when the reception does! We’ll be continuing the party at Sideways Lounge on Saturday night, just a few steps away for anyone staying at Flying Flags RV Resort or Sideways Inn.
